External EDM error in EHM
For family centre staff only
External EDM error is a task that appears in workers task trays regularly. This task appears due to a syncing error in EHM. We have been informed by ICT User Support that a build up of these tasks in a work tray can cause account issues. These tasks can be cleared by following the steps below.
